Information for Families and Staff

Visiting the Nursery
Purple Willows is committed to the health and safety of all of our staff, children, contractors and visitors, and to minimising the transmission of COVID-19.
We require all visitors to Purple Willows premises to make a health declaration. We will rely on this declaration to protect your health and the health of staff, children and visitors. Visitors will be required to wear a mask or face covering in all indoor areas of the nursery and also use of the nursery hand-washing facilities and hand sanitisers.
Each visitor must complete the nursery health declaration form prior to their appointment.
