Kellie Stratton
Nursery Manager
Kellie has many years of experience within the childcare sector and has fostered children in the past. She has carried out roles within various department in children nursery, giving her in-depth experience of how effective childcare is delivered. Kellie’s positive attitude, amazing smile, professionalism, passion for delivering high-quality child care and existing skills brings an invaluable support and encouragement to our nursery team, parents, and guidance.
Kellie is responsible for the safe and legal delivery of the EYFS curriculum, upholding the nursery value in service delivery and implementing policies and procedures as well as staff management.
My goal is to provide the highest quality of staff and create the happiest environment enabling the children to make the best progress they can

Ozlem Karatas
SENCO / Deputy Manager
Ozlem joined Purple Willows bringing with her seven years of experience in childcare. Having played a key role in her previous nursery capacity, Ozlem achieved an outstanding Ofsted inspection. She has built up a wealth of experience and understanding of various issues within the childcare sector.
Ozlem is responsible for the efficient and effective running of the nursery in the absence of the manager including supervisions and administrative duties. Ozlem is a kind-hearted and honest person, and she has incredible passion within her role and enjoys the interaction with the children. She thrives on the pressure to hit implementation deadlines on a daily basis.
I enjoy my role and my sole aim is to provide parents the peace of mind and reassurance that their children will be lovingly cared for.

Suzanna Joseph
HR Administrator
Suzanna is based at the nursery's head office and she is responsible for all HR activities including recruitment, employment statutory requirements and compliance. Suzanna possesses a degree in Human Resourcing management, and she has wealth of experience in recruiting the right caliber of staff.
As a mother, Suzanna is very passionate about her role and keen to help the nursery recruit compassionate and trustworthy nursery practitioners.
I am pleased that my skills are recognised and appreciated. The people are marvelous and the benefits of working here are an added bonus

Alisha Almond
Room Leader
Alisha is highly versatile and dynamic individual who possesses a wide range of skills and experience in EYFS. Alisha is an attentive, caring and professional individual who takes her role seriously. She is undertaking a degree in Primary Education as well as CACHE Level 5 in Childcare.
As Room Leader, Alisha is responsible for the physical, emotional and educational needs of our children. She also provides research support to the nursery management team to implement educational programmes and create learning opportunities in which the child's all-round development is fostered.
Purple Willows is a fantastic and modern setting for me to learn new skills. The best part of my job is seeing the children develop and getting them ready for school.

Lauren Colaluca
Room Leader
Lauren is responsible for the implementation and the smooth running of our preschool ensuring the EYFS curriculum is delivered to exceed expectations. Having been in childcare since 2011, Lauren has achieved wealth of experience and possesses a qualification in CACHE Level 3 Childcare and Education.
Lauren is a conscientious, generous and very polite individual who enjoys working with children and always keen to help.
Working with children and helping them develop is a reward, not just a job. I enjoy working at Purple Willows because we are making history.

Billie Gibbons
Room Leader
Billie joined Purple Willows as Room Leader for our toddlers class bringing with her many years of experience in childcare. As NVQ level 3 qualified, Billie is diligent, very compassionate, welcoming and generally a loving member of staff.
Billies responsibilities include providing an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn and develop as well as building and maintaining strong partnerships with parents.
Working for Purple Willows is very rewarding and enjoyable environment. My aim is to give help the children develop and explore, whilst I further my career in childcare.

Tosin King
Room Leader
Tosin is caring, hardworking, professional and very popular within the team. She is responsible for our infant class and has wealth of experience in working with children.
Tosin is a postgraduate and possesses qualifications in early years education. She is an inspirational person and her passion for success is exceptional.

Kate Baldock
Duputy Room Leader
As a Nursery nurse, Kate is responsible for providing an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn and develop as well as building and maintaining strong partnerships with parents.
Kate is very professional and compassionate individual who takes her role seriously and always keen to help. She is very keen to build a learning portfolio of the development of the children.
I like the homely environment of Purple Willows which is reflective of how the children feel when they are settling in. I am keen to gain more experience and use as a base line for my carrer and future

Kim Stratton
Chef
Kim has many years of experience in the childcare sector. She has carried out different roles within the sector, giving her in-depth experience.
As qualified and experienced Chef, Kim is responsible for the coordination of the children meals and snacks, as well as maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the nursery kitchen.
As a mother and grand mum, Kim is extremely caring, attentive and professional individual. Her diligence in food safety compliance has rewarded the nursery a top graded rating in environmental health.
I love my role. It’s rewarding and enjoyable. It's a pleasure to be part of such a lovely team who constantly go above and beyond

Joanne Cornwell
Nursery Nurse
Jo joined Purple Willows from Ofsted rated outstanding primary school in Orpington bringing with her many years of experience in childcare and development. Jo is very generous and polite individual who enjoys helping young children develop their social skills to ensure a smooth transition to school.
Jo responsibilities include providing an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn and develop as well as building and maintaining strong partnerships with parents.
Purple Willows is a happy and friendly working environment. I have gained so much already in developing children learning in relation to the EYFS

Leia is our PE class champion responsible for providing an enabling environment for our children to play, learn and develop. Leia possesses a wide range of skills and currently undertaking a degree in Primary Education.
Leia is a conscientious, generous and very polite individual who enjoys working with children and always keen to help.
I work with fantastic and helpful people and I've learned a lot since I joined. I’m excited to be part of Purple Willows family and I am keen to help the children develop and grow.

Roni Jimpson

Roni is responsible for providing an enabling environment in which all individual children in our infant class can play, learn and develop as well as building and maintaining strong partnerships with parents.
Roni is a very caring and bubbly individual who takes her role seriously and enjoy working with babies. Her morality brings so much joy to our children and entire team. She is very keen to broaden her horizon in early years education and currently pursuing an undergraduate qualification.

Aukse joined Purple Willows as an apprentice and currently undertaking level 3 childcare qualifications with Bexley Colleages. Since working with Purple Willows, Aukse has gained a lot of knowledge and understanding with children.
Aukse has exceptional work ethics and the right approach to caring for children in a more compassionate and dignified manner. Her big smile is so inspirational to our team
